This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It sets no cookies, and it does not load scripts, fonts or other content from third-party services.
There are no forms and no accounts on this website. We do not ask you for any personal information to use it.
Server logs
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may automatically record basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used only to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is not used to identify or profile you.
When you email us
If you email us (for example at admin@magxum.com or support@magxum.com), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask questions about how we handle it.
